What to do if there is a problem with Your produced order?

If You have a problem with Your produced order, or Your order has been shipped out but You still haven't received it, then please send us a request indicating in subject TROUBLESHOOTING to email info@picturehappy.lv and state following information:

  1. In subject indicate "Troubleshooting request".
  2. Problematic order number.
  3. Describe the problem.
  4. Add pictures, if it is possible to visually display the problem.
  5. Indicate Your contact information.

We will contact You as soon as possible after receiving Your request to solve the problem.
